What does it cost to sell?+

Start free: $0/month and pay 6% + $0.50 per order. Upgrade to Pro for $29/month to drop your fee to 3% + $0.50 per order and unlock insights, store customisation and marketing tools. No listing fees or setup costs.

Do I need a food licence?+

Food business requirements vary depending on where you operate and the type of food you sell. You may need to register your food business, obtain a licence or approval, or meet other local council or state requirements. Check with your local council or relevant state authority before selling food.

How do customers pay?+

Online when they order through Australian payment processing. You get paid for what's sold before you start cooking.

What if I sell out?+

That's the point. You set a cap on each item, and ordering closes when you hit it. A sellout is a good day, not a problem.

Can customers pick a delivery time?+

At launch, drops are pickup-only: you set the pickup window and address, and customers collect from you. Delivery is on our list for later.
